Hello, everyone! I am here to update my blog after so many changes in my life. What has changed? My children have grown up in a blink of an eye. Currently they are 10 and 12 years old. In a sense, they need less attention in terms of feeding and helping them with most tasks than when they were tiny toddlers, but entering pre-teens will be another challenge ahead for me. Just keeping my fingers crossed.  Relocated to Abu Dhabi  We have relocated to Abu Dhabi from Singapore since Nov 2019. The whole year of 2019 was a mad frenzy to hunt for new schools, pack and move to a new country. All the stress arise from packing, throwing out stuffs, packing essential stuffs and leaving some stuffs in storage, and not forgetting the children still had to sit for Mid and End of Year Exams. Tiring indeed.  After months of waiting and anticipating, we have finally moved and settled in. School did not start until 5 Jan 2020, so we had ample time to unpack our shipment, buy new furniture

Books that I am reading

Given that now i am more a stay at home mom, I have lots of time on my hand to do something I love - reading!! And I was able to impart that to my son too! The library has become my fortnight haunt, with 2 cards (me and Caleb's), I can max out 12 books for a good week's read. Books that I borrowed include a. learning to invest in shares (this a result of a big loss that I made by plunging into the stockmarket without taking proper "swimming" lessons - setting me back by about 5k). So what I thought was easy to earn $200 per trade turned out to be a valuable lesson for me.
